Springfield Varsity Blue Devils defeated Northview 5-2 on Wednesday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at one with Springfield Varsity Blue Devils batting in the top of the seventh when an error scored one run for Springfield Varsity Blue Devils.

Northview got on the board in the first inning. Bradford singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
